Dr. Wilber Su is the Chief of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Director of the Electrophysiology Fellowship at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix.  He is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Su is board certified in cardiovascular disease, clinical cardiac electrophysiology, and internal medicine. 

His research interests include atrial fibrillation, ablation physiology, Cryoballoon ablation, and novel device therapies including pacemakers and defibrillators as well as heart failure treatments.  His clinical interests include atrial fibrillation and cryo ablation.

Following medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, Dr. Su completed his Internal Medicine residency followed by a Cardiovascular Medicine – Clinical Investigator Research Fellowship and a Cardiovascular Medicine and Electrophysiology Fellowship, all at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
