Ryan Tsuda, MD FACC is an assistant professor of clinical medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Southern Arizona VA Health Care System. Dr. Tsuda received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu, HI. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. He then travelled to New Orleans, LA to complete a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Tsuda returned to the University of Arizona College of Medicine to complete an interventional cardiology fellowship. After several years working as an interventional cardiologist in private practice, Dr. Tsuda joined the faculty at SAVAHCS in 2014 where he has served as a staff interventional cardiologist.  r. Tsuda is board certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and interventional cardiology. 

Dr. Tsuda has a specific interest in radial access percutaneous coronary intervention and multivessel high-risk PCI.  Research interests include the role of adjunctive laser atherectomy in PCI.
