  • Hispanic - Acute Coronary Syndrome Project. Meta analysis of all published date on acute coronary syndromes in hispanic patients in order to assess disparities in management and outcomes (with Kwan Lee, MD, 2015)
  • Sub-investigator in ZS-005: A Phase 3 Multicenter, Multi-dose, Open-label Maintenance Study to Investigate the Long-term Safety and Efficacy of ZS (Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate), an Oral Sorbent, in Subjects with Hyperkalemia, Including a Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Withdrawal Study (with Joseph Alpert, MD, and Bigin Thajudeen, MD, 2014)

Prior research:

  • Risk Intervention in CAD in Indian Americans, San Diego (2006-2012) - Assisted with clinical research on coronary artery disease in high-risk groups in affiliation with Scripps Memorial Hospital. Organized and participated in community Metabolic Syndrome screening programs. Assisted in creating an Indian Food Pyramid meant to help reduce the risk of coronary artery disease in the high-risk Indian American community.
