3.  How do I make my check payable?

4.  Can I make a gift with a credit card?

The University of Arizona Foundation can accept gifts on a Visa or Mastercard. You may call or write to us with the following information: the name on the card, the card number, the expiration date, the amount of your gift, the address to which we should acknowledge the gift and the fund to which the gift is to be deposited.

5.  What is the University of Arizona Foundation?

The University of Arizona of Arizona Foundation is an Arizona non-profit corporation founded in 1958. The UA Foundation is committed to supporting and enhancing the vision, mission and values of the University of Arizona through the development and management of private support.

6.  How do I/we get our name listed on the donor wall?

All gifts of $2,000 and more in support of the UA Sarver Heart Center will be acknowledged on the Wall of Recognition in the lobby of the new facility. For more information see the information on the Wall of Recognition.

7.  How much does it cost to name or furnish a room?

Though all rooms in the new facility have been named, a gift of $10,000 will furnish a laboratory or office in recognition or in memory of a family member or loved one.

8.  Can I designate my gift to a specific purpose or project?

You may designate your gift to any research project or program currently underway or planned at the Sarver Heart Center. If you wish to designate your gift to a new program or a project that is not currently in operation, please call or write to ensure that your gift can be utilized as you wish.

9.  How do I set up a memorial fund?

In order to establish a memorial fund following your death, please include a written statement of your wishes with the following: your church, synagogue or mosque; your family members; your legal counsel; and/or with the funeral home of your choice. Memorial designation forms are available. If you wish to order one, please call or write to us. If you choose not to complete a form, simply include your name and the name of the fund to which gifts should be directed. Specify that gifts be made to the UA Foundation - Sarver Heart Center and mailed to: UA Sarver Heart Center, P.O. Box 245046, Tucson, AZ 85724-5046.
