Founded by Sarver Heart Center physicians in 2003, Chest-Compression Only CPR is now the technique most widely used by first responders and laypersons alike to save lives in cases of sudden cardiac arrest. This technique does not require a certification to administer, and it can be learned in just 90 minutes.

Join our free, live, video Healthy Living Program classes! Managing diabetes or working to prevent the onset of diabetes doesn’t have to be something you do totally on your own. If you, a family member, a friend, or a client could use more information and help in managing their diabetes or in preventing diabetes, please pas this on!. These classes are completely ONLINE and repeat on the first, second, and third Mondays of each month. All meetings are conducted on a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform.

FLI MedCats Firstgen Mentorship Workshop with Medical Directive

The new affinity group, First-generation Low Income MedCats (FLI MedCats), is joining the firstgen premedical group Medical Directive to officially launch our mentorship network. At this event, medical student mentors will meet with multiple premedical student mentees for a casual social hour that will help inform the mentor/mentee matching process. This will be a way for us to get to know each other and better match up mentors and mentees based on shared interests and good vibes.

Clinical Trials Development Workshop

A free workshop designed for faculty, fellows, and residents to increase clinical trial working knowledge. It is led by experienced physicians and basic scientists across health sciences.
