- Describe the impact of hospitalization and associated bed rest across multiple organ systems in older adults
- Explain the implications of hospitalization and bedrest for older patients’ recovery and rehabilitation.
- Discuss interventions to mitigate the negative impact of bedrest, and strategies to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
