Andrew R. Williams, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine

Dr. Williams is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center and sees patients at Banner – University Medical Center Tucson.

He is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.

Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and pursued combined internal medicine/pediatrics residency training at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix.  He then completed a fellowship in adult cardiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, OK.  

His clinical interests include echocardiography, specifically trans-esophageal echocardiography and 3D echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular imaging as well as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and sports cardiology.
