Ranking research centers, not just universities
Biomedical Research Center Ranking (BRCR)
Most research rankings compare whole universities or hospitals. The research itself often happens in named centers inside them: heart centers, cardiovascular research institutes and others like them. The Biomedical Research Center Ranking (BRCR) is being developed to compare these centers directly, using public data on the research they publish.
